Accountability: Customer Acquisition, Customer Relationship Management and Revenue Generation
CTC: 15,000 to 30,000

Experience: 6 months - 3 Years
Location: Indore/Mumbai/Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively engaging with the customers and generating the targeted revenue
  • Opening Demat Account
  • Calling prospective customers and engaging with them to maximise sales
  • Focusing on building long-term relationships with the customers
  • Ensuring that the customer's information is maintained and updated in CRM
  • Ensuring high customer retention through customer service, consistent engagement and taking periodic feedback from the customer
  • Cross Selling of EdTech - Training Product

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Experience of working in BFSI/Stock Advisor would be an added advantage

Competencies:

  • Strong Communication skills and self-motivated
  • Needs to be innovative and bring new ideas to keep inclining the sales techniques
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills and Negotiation skills
  • Able to work well in teams and drive the teams whenever needed
